Compass GPS is not detecting the CROS. What do I do?
For the CROS, you will need Compass GPS 1.2 or later. First, detect and program the hearing aid like a monaural fitting. Once complete, turn on the CROS, place on the client, and match to the hearing aid (see CROS/BiCROS section in the Handling menu). The CROS transmission is only active while in 'Demonstration Mode' while connected to GPS.
