Is it possible to match a TV-DEX to hearing aids that are not the same series?
TV-DEX
Is it possible to match a TV-DEX to hearing aids that are not the same series (e.g., CLEAR on one side and a DREAM on the other)?
Yes, the TV-DEX can be matched to two different series of hearing aids; they must be programmed separately and have the same number of listening programs. Make sure to reset each hearing aid after disconnecting from Compass by opening and closing the battery door.
