Can I match one RC4 to work with hearing aids from different series (e.g., one MIND440 and one MIND330)?
Yes, but each hearing aid must be programmed separately. Ensure that both hearing aids have the same number of programs and the same remote control options (e.g., timer, display light, etc), so that the remote control codes will be the same. Match the RC4 to the first hearing aid as normal, then disconnect. Then, connect the second hearing aid and match it to the RC4.
