My client is hearing unwanted beeps with incoming email/text messages. How do I turn these off?
Find the parameter in the phone's settings that pertains to acoustic alerts and disable it (e.g., it may be under Sound Profile, text message settings, acoustic alerts, etc). If the client is unable to locate this setting, direct them to their cell phone retailer or manufacturer.
